Information we collect

• Suite applications: name, email, phone, preferred contact method, business name, specialty, license status, clientele size, move-in timing, suite interest, social or website links, and any notes you add.
• Tour requests: name, phone, optional email, preferred contact method, and your availability.
• Tenant and staff accounts: sign-in email, profile details, lease and payment records, and documents uploaded to the portal.
• Security and operational logs: sign-in events, pages and actions within the tenant portal and staff tools, and technical details such as IP address and browser type.
• Anti-abuse data: to limit spam, we store short-lived, one-way hashed versions of submitted contact details and network address. Records older than one day are deleted when later form submissions are processed, so some may remain longer if the forms are not used for a while.

How we use it

To review applications, respond to tour requests, contact you by your chosen method, manage leases and payments, operate the tenant portal, keep the site secure, and send transactional messages such as confirmation that we received your request. We do not use this information to send marketing email.

Who can see it

Authorized Beauty Spot staff who manage leasing and operations. Tenants who choose to join the public directory control what business information is shown there; nothing is listed without that opt-in.

Service providers

We rely on providers for website hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery. They process information on our behalf to run these services.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including leasing records and legal or accounting obligations. We review and remove information that is no longer needed. Some records, such as signed leases and payment history, may need to be kept after a tenancy ends.

Your choices
